Order cancellation policy
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been successfully submitted. We advise you to follow the return instructions in case you of change or cancelling of the order please allow 5 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once it arrives to our warehouse.
Return Policy
Customers can return the order, for any reason. Lakilem accepts exchanges or refund within 14 days from the receipt of the merchandise.
Items must be UNUSED and returned in the same original conditions, neatly packed and with the all disposable seals and/or stickers still attached, it must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories; must be sent in its original packaging.
Please note that we can only exchange an item for the same article in a different size or color.
Please note that we can only accept exchanges from the country which the shipment was sent to.
In order to start the exchange or refund process the customers need to fill out the return form available on our website. By completing and submitting our online return form the customer will receive an email with a return authorization number (RAN) which you must include on your return shipping label. Customers can contact L’akilem customer care team via email at OUR CUSTOMER CARE MAIL in case they need further information.
If all of our return conditions are satisfied we will exchange or refund the value of the returned product(s), sales tax included. The return cost is at customers expenses and they can do it with a courier of their choice.
Item/s that will not match l’akilem return policy will not be taken into consideration and send back to the customer at his own cost.
The Exchange or refund processed approximately ten to fifteen (10 to 15) business days after the return is processed by our fulfillment house.
Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. The refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies. Be aware that the refund date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment. If you paid by PayPal (where available), refunds will be credited to your PayPal account. The date of reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.
In case the customers desire to exchange the order we will inspect the products to check that all the mentioned requirements have been fulfilled. If the requirements are satisfied, we will send you an email confirming the shipment of the replacement products. Shipment will occur within twenty to twenty-five working days of the date from which we received your request for exchange.
We will contact the customer if the request for an exchange cannot be accepted because the conditions set forth in this and/or in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale have not been satisfied. In instance the request for exchange does not comply with the conditions set forth herein, the customer may have the original products shipped back to him/her at their expense within thirty (30) days of receiving such notice. If the customer refuses to pay for shipping or to accept delivery, we reserve the right to retain the products and the amount paid for the purchase.
